We are seeking a motivated and experienced Internet Sales Professional to join our team. At this time we are extending a HIRING BONUS and potential Relocation Bonus could be considered based on Experience! We are looking for this role at our Young Subaru Store in Ogden. As an Internet Sales Professional, you will play a key role in generating leads, driving online sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction, as well as being a team lead in the efforts. You will be responsible for responding to inbound customer inquiries, nurturing relationships, and converting leads into loyal customers through digital platforms. Responsibilities
  • Provide high level of customer service to internal and external customers
  • Respond to internet leads within 10 minutes with a phone call and/or email
  • Schedule appointments
  • Confirm appointments and reschedule no-show appointments
  • Work with and follow up with Sales Departments to determine outcomes and appointments kept
  • Generate letters and thank you cards and emails
  • Make CSI follow up calls to all customers
  • Answer incoming sales calls/leads - instant messages - chats
  • Greet scheduled customers and introduce them to the Sales Manager and Sales Professionals
  • Lead fellow internet team members to success
  • This is not a tell job this is a SHOW job. Must be willing to get into the trenches with calls/emails and appointments
  • Maintain 100 calls daily and 50+ shown appointments per month
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in internet sales/e-commerce or online customer support
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Comfortable working with CRM tools/online sales platforms and other digital communication tools
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to sales
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
  • Self-motivated and driven by achieving sales goals
  • Knowledge of Subaru is a plus
