Pay Job Type Experience Required
$50k - $65k Depending on Experience Full Time 2.00

Responsibilities
  • Reconciling General Ledger schedules to source documentation (Bank reconciliations sales tax reporting etc…)
  • Open accounts: reconciling each of our manufacture accounts for payments to/from them for Parts Warranty Incentives etc…
  • Fixed assets: proper classification and depreciation verify proper expense is being posted monthly Working knowledge of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable process
  • Understanding of accounting ratios for bank covenant calculations (current ratio DSCR etc..)
  • Become familiar with all Service - Parts - Bodyshop and Sales Managers as you will have frequent correspondence in person and via email
  • Ability to learn accounting software as you will be required to extract - understand - and organize data from our CDK/Lightspeed accounting software
  • Proficiency within Microsoft office specifically Excel and Outlook Proficiency in Excel includes Sorting and Filtering VLOOKUP Conditional Formatting and other formulas
  • Stay organized and develop a routine that allows you to perform each task on a regular basis
  • Perform other accounting duties as needed
Qualifications
  • A bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent is preferred
  • We strongly desire a history of successful employment with demonstrated leadership experience

  • The ability to thrive in a fast paced and dynamic workplace
  • A valid driver’s license and good driving record is required
  • You must be able to pass a drug test and criminal background check
