Responsibilities	Develop/maintain and optimize our website to ensure a seamless user experience Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement digital marketing strategies Design and develop landing pages and create strong marketing funnels Stay up-to-date with the latest web development trends and technologies Provide technical support and assistance to other departments for various tasks Analyze website performance and implement improvements to increase traffic and conversions Learn and implement new technologies
Qualifications	Proven experience as a Web Developer with a strong portfolio of web projects Proficiency in HTML/CSS/JavaScript and other web development languages Experience with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress/ Shopify/Dealer.com/Dealerspike/etc Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with non-technical team members Custom development skills to tailor solutions to specific business needs Take relevant feedback and use that feedback to boost performance Experience with marketing automation tools and platforms Knowledge of graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics Demonstrated ability to work efficiently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
