We are seeking a motivated and reliable Property Custodian Team Member to join our team, specializing in the upkeep of our Training Facility in MORGAN, UTAH. Pay Job Type Experience Required
$14-$16 an hour depending on experience Full Time 1.00

Responsibilities
  • Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of facilities (including restrooms/common areas and outdoor spaces)
  • General Housekeeping of Training Facility Cabin while tenants are renting cabins (Changing Sheets/emptying garbages/ etc...)
  • Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify maintenance needs and report issues promptly
  • Assist in set-up and breakdown for events ensuring all areas are tidy and well-maintained
  • Handle waste disposal and recycling efforts in accordance with company policies
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and completion of tasks
  • Uphold safety standards and protocols while performing custodial duties.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous custodial or maintenance experience is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
  • Good communication skills and a positive attitude
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds and perform physical tasks as needed.
