We are seeking a motivated Accounting Clerk to work in our combined office in Layton, UT. In this position you will process car deals and verify cost for the accounting department, as well as the reconciliation of large payments made to multiple dealerships. Responsibilities
  • Pull remit statements and post the statements in accounting
  • Reconcile remit statements with products sold
  • Communicate with F&I managers
  • Fills in for other administrative positions as needed and directed by management
Qualifications
  • You must have a history of successful employment with excellent attendance and punctuality
  • A desire to learn and grow with a great company
  • A valid Driver’s License and good driving record
  • Must be able to pass a drug test and criminal background check
  • Previous Dealership experience preferred
  • Experience with Excel preferred
  • Experience using Quickbooks
