Pay Job Type Experience Required
$20-$25 Hourly- Depending on Experience Full Time 2.00

Responsibilities
  • Manage executive calendars/ schedule meetings/ appointments and travel arrangements
  • Prioritize daily activities and ensure the executive is prepared for meetings and engagements
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to schedule and confirm appointments
  • Screen and direct incoming calls/emails and other correspondence
  • Organize and coordinate meetings/events and conferences (including logistics and agenda preparation)
  • Prepare presentations and materials for meetings and engagements
  • Arrange domestic and international travel (including booking flights/accommodations and transportation)
  • Maintain and organize files/records/documents and ensuring they are easily accessible and up-to-date
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Assist in preparing reports/proposals and other documents as needed
  • Assist with specific projects as assigned/ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met
  • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as ordering supplies/processing invoices and managing office operations
  • Provide general administrative support to other departments or teams as needed
Qualifications
  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business administration or related field is preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant/Administrative Assistant or similar role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook) and/or Google Workspace
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with senior management/staff and external stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
  • High degree of professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing tasks and priorities
  • A proactive attitude and ability to anticipate the needs of executives
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
