Responsibilities	Check in with customer upon arrival Be able to work independently Perform Multi-Point inspection of customer's vehicle Coordinate with Mobile Dispatcher Perform services in accordance with Ford Motor Company Documentation of repair performed Maintain a clean and professional appearance Maintaining mobile service van Adhere to the values and mission of the Young Automotive Group
Qualifications	Collaborate with others as a team and be able to work independently Be able to work with time constraints Strong organizational skills Be able to perform under pressure Provide exceptional customer service Problem solving abilities Excellent oral communication skills Automotive services include: Oil Changes - Tire Rotations - Changing Brake Pads - Fluid Exchanges - Tune Ups - Etc 2 years automotive service experience preferred
