The Young Automotive Group is Growing AGAIN!! We are looking for a team member who is an energetic, hardworking individual that can effectively sell within their branch. The Sales Representative will be responsible for selling utility, cargo, dump, equipment, and other types of trailers, providing exceptional customer service, maintaining the showroom and yard, working leads, negotiating sales deals, and assisting with trailer modifications and rentals as necessary. Responsibilities
  • Increase trailer sales revenue/gross profit/volume and market share per established monthly and annual sales goals
  • Support of walk-in/call-in/internet customer trailer sales including required quotations/paperwork/payment processing and general customer assistance
  • Utilize CRM to track/record and complete all sales activities including prospecting/lead follow up and engagement of previous customers
  • Maximize add-on revenue for all trailer sales (i.e. locks/spare tires/tie downs/etc.)
  • Create an inviting sales environment via organization of on-lot display/front display of all trailers
  • Work with all store employees to assist customers with all trailer needs (including parts sales/rentals/ and service inquiries to foster a premier customer experience)
  • Participate in Weekly trailer and parts inventory process
  • Prospecting new sales opportunities including cross-selling parts and service customers to increase market share and grow the customer base
Qualifications
  • Sales and customer service skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Knowledge of utility and cargo trailers
  • Ability to effectively work leads and close sales deals
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Experience in the trailer or equipment industry is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent required/bachelor's degree preferred
  • Bi-lingual English/Spanish a plus
