Responsibilities
  • Lead a dynamic group of Sales Professionals to reach their maximum potential
  • Live the core values of the Young Automotive Group
  • Provide an exceptional experience for our customers - every customer - every time

  • Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
  • Work cohesively with other Department Managers to ensure the dealership is operating at full potential
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of all vehicle makes and models
  • Manage an effective inventory turn for both new and used vehicles
  • Assist with marketing and advertising strategies for the dealership
  • Actively participate in effective training and development meetings
  • Maintaining customer experience scores
