We are seeking a proactive and friendly Outbound Call Specialist to join our service team. In this role, you will connect with customers to schedule service appointments, follow up on previous visits, and promote our service offerings. Your efforts will play a crucial part in maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high level of customer service to internal and external customers
  • Schedule appointments
  • Confirm appointments and reschedule no-show appointments
  • Work with and follow up with Service Departments to determine outcomes and appointments kept
  • Generate letters and thank you cards and emails
  • Make CSI follow up calls to all customers
  • Answer incoming calls/leads - instant messages - chats
  • Greet scheduled customers and introduce them to the Service Manager and Sales Professionals
  • Post vehicles with descriptions into our website and keep up to date inventory
  • Eventually lead a team of Business Development Specialists
Qualifications
  • Previous leadership experience helpful
  • Previous call center experience a huge plus
  • Excellent phone skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to acquire a State of Utah Salesperson License
  • Ability to thrive in a production oriented environment is essential
  • Valid driver's license
  • Good driving record
  • Pass Background Check and Pre-Employment Drug Screen
