The Young Automotive Group is Growing AGAIN!! Young Truck and Trailer is looking for a skilled Equipment Sales Professional to join the team! As a Sales representative you are responsible for maintaining a sales territory. This will require daily visits to customers within this territory. You are responsible for achieving targeted and defined outcomes. You will be the hands and feet of the operation, having quality conversations about Farm Equipment and Construction Equipment. Responsibilities
  • Selling with integrity
  • Building long-term customer relationships
  • Entering new and accurate customer information into CRM
  • Creating sales invoices and estimates
  • Follow-up on financing
  • Achieve sales targets and defined outcomes
  • Establish/develop and maintain customer relationships within your territory
  • Present/promote and sell New Holland equipment/ product and services
  • Stay updated on agricultural equipment knowledge
  • Monthly visits with your customers to determine their needs
  • Available for walk-in customer service and sales
  • Provide quality customer service experiences by phone/email or in person
  • Utilization of CRM to report Daily sales/activities/market trends/competitive information & sales opportunities
Qualifications
  • Prior sales experience is a plus but not absolutely required
  • A proven track record of solid work performance is mandatory
  • Our extensive Sales Training Program will help team members with limited experience to become successful and veteran salespeople to maximize their earning potential
  • Our Business Development Teams will help you attract and retain customers
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Good driving record
  • Pass background and pre-employment drug screen
