We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Manufacturer Return Associate to join our team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for managing manufacturer returns efficiently and accurately. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start their career in a supportive environment. Monday through Friday 8am - 5pm.

Responsibilities
  • Handle Manufacturer Returns: Pull and organize returns according to lists which may include up to 200 parts
  • Packing and Documentation: Pack parts securely on pallets in cages or boxes for shipment to manufacturers
  • Prepare and complete shipping documents such as bills of lading and packing lists
  • Operate Equipment: Use forklifts and order pickers as needed for moving and handling parts
  • Inventory Support: Assist the inventory department with various tasks to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications
  • Automotive Experience: Knowledge of collision repair or automotive parts is a plus
  • Forklift Certification: Certification preferred but not required
  • Warehouse Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse setting is advantageous
  • Shipping Experience: Familiarity with shipping procedures and documentation
  • Database Software: Experience with database management software is a plus
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to stand or walk for up to 8 hours and lift up to 50 lbs unassisted
  • Safety First: Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment
  • Attention to Detail: Keen eye for accuracy and thoroughness in completing tasks
