Young Subaru is seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Service Outbound Call Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to our customers to schedule service appointments, follow up on service inquiries, and ensure their overall satisfaction with their automotive service experience. Responsibilities
  • Provide high level of customer service to internal and external customers
  • Schedule appointments for service customers
  • Follow up on recalls and warranty work
  • Confirm appointments and reschedule no-show appointments
  • Work with and follow up with Service Department Advisors and Managers to determine outcomes and appointments kept
  • Generate letters and thank you cards and emails
  • Make CSI follow up calls to all customers
  • Answer incoming service calls/leads - instant messages - chats
Qualifications
  • Previous customer service experience is required
  • Excellent phone skills
  • Attention to detail and organization
  • Valid driver's license
  • Good driving record
  • Pass Background Check and Pre-Employment Drug Screen
