The Parts Manager will oversee all aspects of our parts department, ensuring efficient operations and exceptional customer service. This role requires a strong leader who can manage inventory, control costs, and motivate a team to achieve department goals.

  • Lead a dynamic group of Parts Drivers - Parts Associates and Warehouse Support Staff to reach their maximum potential

  • Meet and exceed monthly profit goals
  • Work cohesively with other Department Managers to ensure the dealership is operating at full potential
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of all vehicle makes and models
  • Assist with marketing and advertising strategies for the dealership
  • Actively participate in effective training and development meetings
