As a Mobile Technician at Young Ford Dodge in Burley, you'll play a crucial role in delivering on-site repair services to our customers' locations. From performing diagnostic tests to completing repairs and maintenance tasks, you'll utilize your expertise and attention to detail to ensure vehicles are back on the road quickly and safely. Responsibilities
  • Check in with customer upon arrival
  • Be able to work independently
  • Perform Multi-Point inspection of customer's vehicle
  • Coordinate with Mobile Dispatcher
  • Perform services in accordance with Ford Motor Company
  • Documentation of repair performed
  • Maintain a clean and professional appearance
  • Maintaining mobile service van
  • Adhere to the values and mission of the Young Automotive Group
Qualifications
  • Collaborate with others as a team and be able to work independently
  • Be able to work with time constraints
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Be able to perform under pressure
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Problem solving abilities
  • Excellent oral communication skills
  • Automotive services include: Oil Changes - Tire Rotations - Changing Brake Pads - Fluid Exchanges - Tune Ups - Etc
  • 2 years automotive service experience preferred
